And then perhaps most striking is a teenage ISIS captive came in to their base, and they were treating him for wounds he had gotten in a battle. And he shot down an old man trying to get water from the river. Specifically, he shot down a young girl in a flowered hijab. And what they said is that while they were in Iraq, he shot at civilians with a sniper rifle. And on his latest deployment to Iraq, he was turned in by his own men. So this is a guy who had served almost 20 years in the Marines and the Navy SEALs and had eight deployments and a chest full of commendations for heroic actions.
